Finding time to exercise is difficult for some(specially women). Here are 4 easy exercises you can do in the kitchen while cooking or waiting for your meal to get ready...

* Rear leg raises 15 reps each side

*Calf raises 15 reps

*Squats 15 reps

*Side leg raises 15 reps each side

These exercises help strengthening your glutes, thighs, legs, back and core muscles. 

These exercises do not require any equipment, any special sports wear, much space or time. You might not be getting 30 mins at a stretch for your workout but even if you spend 10 minutes working out in the kitchen itself while preparing your breakfast, lunch and dinner by the end of the day you already worked out for 30 mins.
