PESSIMISM .

Pessimism also known as negativity, is the kind of attitude that produces negative emotions and thoughts when a person is in distress (the kind of stress produced physical and psychological pressure). There are two kinds of stresses.

Eustress is a good kind of stress which tends to effects the performance of the individual in a good way.

Pessimism also known as negativity creates an unnecessary pressure on the body and mind of the individual.  It decreases the capability of the person to think rationally and enables him to make decisions poorly.

Thinking negatively can hamper your day to day life and affect your aura as well. People these days run away from the individual who always reflect negativity around them and that is how people unconsciously start remaining aloof.  No one comes to them even at hour of need.

As human, it is natural to have negative thoughts. But how we overcome them is the magic we create. Every person has this magic inside them, they just need to explore.

Negativity does have an impact on the physiology of the individual. It unnecessarily imbalances and disturbs the chemistry of the body.

Negative thoughts can lead to diseases like cancer, ulcers, diabetes and so on.

THE ADVANTAGES OF OPTIMISM:

OPTIMISIM is the opposite brother of pessimism. Starting your day with positive thoughts can make your entire day a better one. It enables you as a person to think rationally and your enhances your power to make decisions correctly.

It maintains the equilibrium of the body and balances the hormonal changes.

It makes you think in a right way. There is many other advantages of being optimistic.

The old phrase says “the glass is not half empty, its half full.”

THE REPLACEMNT OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS TO THE POSITIVE ONES:

Positive thoughts can be generated to replace the negative ones. Many health professionals are to help such people. Positive Affirmative thoughts can be repeated to one own self.

Yoga and other meditative tools are of great help.
