THE SLEEP CYCLE TURNED UPSIDE DOWN!.
This pandemic has changed our live upside down. Our life has changed I a complete manner. Our sleep has taken tolls over our bodies. People with no work tend sleep more these in the day time and less at night.
They often sleep by 4:30 am in the morning and wakeup 1pm in the afternoon. This routine is mostly now followed especially by the youth and now also by the elders.
This sleep cycle has affected the people both physiologically and psychologically.
People scroll Instagram, Facebook, watch movies, talk to friends, and eat midnight snacks. This affects their health.
Eyes mostly get affected. People are getting obese due to lack of physical activity.
People now use less of their brain more of their fingers to use mobile. SLEEP has been considered the most critical factor when it comes to the daily routine.
When we have improper sleep, we are fatigued to such an extent that we are agitated and frustrated that don’t like do to anything.
Mentally we are fatigued also that we can think anything properly. To think properly we have to give our brain a proper rest. Healthy brain is a sign of a good sleep. Dark circles are also prevented.
