Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

 


People with generalized anxiety disorder display excessive anxiety or worry for months and face several anxiety-related symptoms.


Generalized anxiety disorder symptoms include:


Restlessness or feeling wound-up or on edge

Being easily fatigued

Difficulty concentrating or having their minds go blank

Irritability

Muscle tension

Difficulty controlling the worry

Sleep problems (difficulty falling or staying asleep or restless, unsatisfying sleep)

Some of us feel tired but we ignore. Feeling fatigued every time in spite of having ample rest. Have you ever thought this can be also be a syndrome?

Chronic Fatigued syndrome is one such issue. It is a disease diagnosed by profound sleep abnormalities, fatigue, and pain accompanied with other symptoms. Chronic fatigue syndrome occurs more commonly in women. The causative factors of this syndrome are unknown. But it may be environmental and genetic factors. 

THE TIME PERIOD OF THIS PERIOD IS ABOUT SIX MOTNHS. The fatigue gets worse with activities but doesn’t improve with rest.

SYMPTOMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

EXCESSIVE FATIGUE.

LOSS OF MEMORY AND CONCENRATION 

SORE THROAT

HEADACHES

UNFRESHING SLEEP

Extreme exhaustion lasting more than 24 hours after physical or mental exercise

Enlarged lymph nodes in your neck or armpits

Unexplained muscle or joint pain

Abnormalities are still unknown.

Risk factors

Factors that may increase your risk of chronic fatigue syndrome include:


Age. Chronic fatigue syndrome can occur at any age, but it most commonly affects people in their 40s and 50s.

Sex. Women are diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome much more often than men, but it may be that women are simply more likely to report their symptoms to a doctor.

Stress. Difficulty managing stress may contribute to the development of chronic fatigue syndrome.


Complications

Possible complications of chronic fatigue syndrome include:

Depression

Social isolation

Lifestyle restrictions

Increased work absences

Thus one should take this seriously and look for a doctor if it’s troubling your life.
