ये चिंता का भी विषय है....और चिंतन का भी


Currently common causes of suicide are Depression,corona phobia,fear of stigma and discrimination for being covid positive and guilt associated with it,financial instability,Job insecurity,relationship issues etc...


Every 40 seconds, someone loses their life to suicide.


Close to 800000 people die by suicide every year worldwide. 

In india 1.5 lakh people die of suicide every year.

Furthermore, for each suicide, there are more than 20 suicide attempts.


Suicides and suicide attempts have a ripple effect that impacts on families, friends, colleagues, communities and societies.


ANY SINGLE THOUGHT OF SELF HARM SHOULD BE SCREENED BY A MENTAL HEALTH PROFFESIONAL
