LALIT BERRY / USE FEAR AS MOTIVATION .
Fear is that pesky feeling which roots deep within you. It arises when you are internally vulnerable. Fear tells you fake stories which seem to be true. Unquestionably, fear is part of human nature.
What is FEAR ? It's False Evidence Appearing Real.
Although roots of fear are too deep to overcome yet Fear Factor can become a Motivational Factor. Yes, it's possible because the best things in life are on other side of fear. You have untapped potential within you to have a fulfilling life. You can turn the imaginary fear into a true joy.
First of all start breathing in present moment. Come out of your imaginary thoughts. There are so many breathing yoga exercises that can reduce your self-made stress created by fear.
Then ask yourself, " Am I in danger." Usually your mind will answer, " No, not at all." Now allow the fear to be your counselor. Ask questions:
* What is holding me back?
* What's the worst that can happen?
* How would I feel afterward my action?
Yes, make fear your friend and counselor.
Now start taking action and notice the astonishing results. Utilise your wisdom in a rational way, your fear will definitely be enormously helpful for spurring positive changes.
