Ludhiana ,August 8 : The Pre-Primary wing of Gujranwala Guru Nanak Public School, Rose Garden, Ludhiana celebrated the Teej Festival with fervor and gaiety. The Pre-Primary wing was decorated as per colours of the Punjabi seasonal festival. The swings in the school were decorated beautifully with flowers. The students attired in Punjabi dresses. Cultural programme was prepared by the students under the guidance and supervision of their teachers. The girls enjoyed the swings and applied Mehndi on each others hand and performed Giddha on the occasion. Principal Gunmeet Kaur applauded the students and told such type of activities make the students glued to their Punjabi culture.
