*MLA Prashar kickstarts project to install tubewell in Kashmir Nagar.
Ludhiana, February 12 (Inderjit) : Fulfilling the long pending demand of the area residents, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi kick started the project to install a tubewell in Kashmir Nagar of ward number 81 on Monday.
The 25hp tubewell is being installed at a cost of Rs 11.54 lakh.
MLA Prashar stated that the area residents had been facing problems in potable water supply and they had raised the issue in the past.
To streamline the supply of potable water, the project to install a tubewell has been commenced in the area and the authorities have been directed to complete the project as soon as possible, added MLA Prashar.
MLA Prashar further stated that Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Mann led state government is committed to the overall development of the state. He further stated that a large number of development projects are being taken up in Ludhiana Central constituency to develop quality infrastructure and for providing relief to the residents from the long pending issues.
