Curl your fingers, apply adequate amount of sanitizing solution.

Rub your palms together.

Rub fingertips in the opposite palm.

Rub the back of each hand with opposite palm.

Rub palms with fingers of the opposite hand.

Rub each thumb classped in opposite palm.

Scrub the wrists.

repeat until dry.
