^^Do things that u didn't have time earlier because of busy routine..
1. Spend quality time with your children, watch movies and cartoons with them.. Engage in their play.. Read books , novels with them..Books can be adventure, fiction, history, mythology anything... Teach them about your culture.. You can teach your children cooking, normal daily routine activities..
2. Can engage in Yoga, Meditation, exercise, gardening.
3. Listen to favourite music and just do nothing!!! That also can be relaxing..
4. Take out your long forgotten music instruments and play them like guitar, piano...
5. Art lovers can engage in painting...
6. Clean your house with your mother and wife... Much required as maids also wont turn up... Help your mother and wife in household work...
7. Clean phone storage
8. Learn to cook n dance from youtube
9. Talk to your old friends and relatives to whom u could not talk since long due to busy routine...
10. Sleep as much as u want...
Explore what else you can do but stay at home...
Dont be anxious, don't panic, don't take stress..
